Third Party & Embassy Fees

These charges are separate from Timeless Holidays service fees and are set by the relevant authorities or application centres.

Schengen Visa Fee: generally €90 for adults and €45 for children aged 6 to under 12, while children under 6 are generally exempt. Any GBP equivalent may vary with the exchange rate and payment method.

Visa Application Centre Charges: VFS, TLS or other relevant service centre charges may apply depending on your destination and are separate from our service fee.

Selected Destinations: for some countries, including Denmark, Norway and Sweden, the visa fee may be paid through the relevant online application process. It remains separate from Timeless Holidays service pricing.
