Timeless Holidays provides private administrative visa and travel support for Schengen short-stay applications. Depending on the service you select, this may include document guidance, application preparation support, appointment assistance and available application status guidance.

Timeless Holidays is not an embassy, consulate, government authority or law firm. We do not issue visas and cannot influence or guarantee the final decision.

Service Fees

Our service fees are charged for the professional work carried out by Timeless Holidays. They are not a payment for visa approval or a successful outcome.

Deposits, outstanding balances, cancellations and eligible refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and genuine information and documents. You must tell us about any relevant circumstances that could affect your application and attend any required biometric or visa appointment personally.

Timeless Holidays may stop working on an application if we reasonably believe that false, altered, misleading or non-genuine information or documents have been provided.

Fees relating to work already completed may remain payable and may not be refundable in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Processing Times

Visa processing times, appointment availability and administrative procedures are controlled by the relevant embassy, consulate, application centre or competent authority.

Any processing timeframe provided by Timeless Holidays is an estimate based on the information available at the time. It is not a guarantee of when an appointment will become available or when a visa decision will be made.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by delays or decisions outside our reasonable control, subject always to your applicable statutory rights.

Visa Refusals & Accountability

A visa refusal does not automatically mean that Timeless Holidays has made an error. Visa decisions are based on the relevant authority's assessment of the applicant and the information submitted.

If a refusal is caused by a documented administrative error that Timeless Holidays was responsible for, the matter will be reviewed under our Accountability Promise and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where the applicable refund conditions are met, eligible Timeless Holidays consulting fees may be refunded. This does not normally include third-party charges such as embassy fees, visa-centre charges, insurance, flights or hotel costs.

Document Handling

Where Timeless Holidays receives original documents, we take reasonable steps to store and handle them securely while they are in our possession.

Where documents need to be returned by post, the delivery method will be explained before dispatch. Any specific responsibility for loss or damage will be subject to these terms, the circumstances of the loss and your applicable statutory rights.

Regulatory Disclosure

Timeless Holidays provides administrative support relating to foreign short-stay Schengen visa applications and related travel arrangements.

We do not provide legal representation or advice on UK immigration status, UK immigration applications or UK immigration law.
